 Caribe Gaming LLC is a legally established company in Puerto Rico, founded in 2020 by Mr. Jaime Díaz Sánchez, with its main office in Caguas, Puerto Rico. We are dedicated to the sale, rental, and maintenance service of route-based gaming machines, operating exclusively under the laws and regulations applicable in the territories where we provide our services.
 Access to and use of our products or services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Permitted Use
 Our products and services are intended solely for duly authorized commercial operators who operate adult entertainment machines in venues where such use is permitted by law. Use of our machines or services by minors or in jurisdictions where gaming or the use of gaming machines is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

3. Responsible Gaming
 Caribe Gaming LLC promotes the responsible use of entertainment machines. We encourage our clients and operators to respect the legal and ethical limits associated with the use of such products. We do not promote compulsive gambling or abusive practices.

4. Geographic Restrictions
 Our services are offered exclusively in Puerto Rico. Exportation, operation, or installation of our machines outside of Puerto Rico is not permitted without prior authorization and compliance with the relevant regulations of each jurisdiction.
